Zac Aynsley

Zac was born on July 2nd, 1994, in Northumberland, England. His childhood was not what you would expect, given his success today. He had unhealthy eating habits, much of his diet consisting of processed meals and sweets. Because of this, Zac was underweight and was bullied severely because of this.

“My whole life, I have always been put down and told I was a loser. I was badly bullied and cried countless times because people would laugh at me for the way I looked.”

Due to all of the bullying and torment, Zac suffered from anxiety and depression .

Throughout his early teens, Zac was sedentary and spent the majority of his free time playing video games. This was his way of escaping reality and dealing with the outside world. Zac’s first turning point was at age 15, when he became a DJ at some of the local clubs in his hometown. He started to gain popularity and as his reputation began to grow, Zac was soon touring the UK and was quickly becoming a successful DJ.

Zac eventually returned home to finish his studies, but he realised he was in the worst shape of his life due to constant drinking and unhealthy eating. He was actually told by a doctor that he had the liver of a 50 year-old and therefore needed to drastically change his lifestyle to improve his health.

This was a big wake-up call for Zac and was the catalyst for the beginning of his career in bodybuilding. After seeing the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger’s training videos and pictures, Zac became seriously motivated and inspired to start lifting. He started training and eating healthily with strict dedication. Zac was amazed with the progress he made with his physique and strength in such a short period of time and he became hooked.

Later down the line, Zac was scouted by a top photographer in Florida and began modelling. It wasn’t long before Zac started gaining popularity for his incredible physique. He received huge recognition from some of the biggest bodybuilding names in the world including Phil Heath, and the man who inspired him from the beginning, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“For years I had people telling me I was worthless, but here was The Terminator telling me I looked great. It meant the world to me.”

Zac is now a well recognised name globally within the physique industry. He has appeared on numerous well-known magazine covers, competed in physique shows and has featured in over 10 TV shows.

“Some people will try and bring you down when they see you changing, evolving and becoming better ! It is because somehow they have to make themselves feel better because they LACK the willpower to consistently do what you’re doing! ignore them! Like a wise man once said, ‘haters gonna hate.”

Zac is still growing in popularity and has now created his own platform to help others achieve what he did, not just physically but mentally. He is now bringing his knowledge and experience to YOU with this platform
